HJ 759-2023 “Ambient air—Determination of 65 volatile organic compounds —Collected in canisters and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry” has been officially released.

To meet the evolving requirements and technological advancements in the monitoring of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in ambient air, the national government carried out a revision of the HJ 759-2015 standard. On February 9th, they officially released the revised version titled “Ambient air—Determination of 65 volatile organic compounds —Collected in canisters and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry”, which will be implemented on August 1, 2023. Beijing BCT Technology Co., Ltd.'s subsidiary, the Applied Testing Laboratory, is honored to have participated in the validation work for the revision of this standard.
