HSS-30A Headspace Sampler is an ideal tool developed and produced by BCT. It enables direct and efficient extraction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from various solid or liquid matrices and injection into gas chromatography for analysis.

The key components of the HSS-30A adopt imported parts to ensure the overall stability and excellent quality of the instrument. With a design featuring 46 sample positions and 6 heating positions, as well as a fully inert pipeline design, the HSS-30A is capable of meeting the analytical needs of laboratories in fields such as pharmaceuticals, food, environmental protection, and third-party testing.

The updated and validated Valve & Quantitative Loop injection technology combines robustness and reliability. It automatically initiates GC during sample transfer without interrupting the carrier gas, ensuring that the initial portion of the chromatogram is not affected. The entire sample pathway is maintained at a constant temperature and pressure to preserve the integrity of the samples.

Overlapping Sample Heating Function

With 6 heating positions, the system offers two-level modes (gentle and fast) for sample heating. The system automatically optimizes the constant time and furnace temperature, making it easy to achieve overlapping sample heating.

Audit Trail Function

By integrating a barcode reader, the system automatically records all sample information, preset conditions, analysis conditions, time, results, and other relevant data.
