RS 1200 Canister intelligent sampling system

Due to the increased air mobility and the continuous expansion of chemical industrial parks, industrial areas, and residential areas in cities, it is impossible for atmospheric automatic monitoring stations to cover all areas. Monitoring personnel are also unable to be on duty 24/7 or available at all times. In response to these needs, the RS1200 Intelligent Sampling System has emerged. It addresses the aforementioned challenges and provides an intelligent solution for air sampling.

Compared to sorbent tube sampling, the RS 1200 Canister intelligent sampling system offers the advantage of non-selective collection, capturing the current sample in its true form. This advantage is further amplified by employing different sampling methods, allowing the sampling canister to achieve non-selective, comprehensive air sampling in various environmental conditions and different requirements.

Multiple sampling modes:

• Scheduled sampling: The system can be programmed to perform timed and fixed-point continuous sampling by selecting different flow limiters and sampling canisters. It can also support intermittent sampling during different time periods. Users can set the sampling time and interval according to their monitoring requirements. This flexibility allows for adapting to different sampling needs.
• Triggered sampling: The system can be integrated with other atmospheric parameter instruments, such as non-methane total hydrocarbon analyzers. When the associated parameters exceed the predefined threshold, the system can automatically initiate sampling using the RS1200. This feature enables real-time monitoring of pollutant concentrations and timely response to environmental conditions.
• Remote-controlled sampling: In response to resident complaints or major accidents, operators can remotely activate the RS1200 for sampling using a smartphone app or software. This functionality allows for on-demand sampling, capturing relevant data to understand the environmental conditions during specific events.

Reliable sampling data：

To ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of sampling data, the RS1200 SuMa Can Intelligent Sampling System incorporates several measures:

• Real-time pressure monitoring: A high-precision pressure sensor continuously monitors the internal pressure of the sampling canister. When the RS1200 detects that the pressure is outside the normal range, it will send an alert through the software interface or sampling report, preventing the collection of invalid data due to canister leakage.
• Backup sample collection: The RS1200 offers a backup option where it simultaneously connects two sampling canisters for sampling. This allows for parallel analysis of samples or serves as a backup in case the primary canister encounters issues during sampling.
• Real-time GPS positioning: To ensure that the sampling location matches the analysis data, the RS1200 is equipped with GPS positioning functionality. During sampling, the system automatically records the sampling time and location information in the sampling log, which can be viewed through the software for precise sample tracking.
